- All ePublicEye.com "Platinum" registered merchants are covered by our Credit Card Fraud Protection Program. The program is aimed at reducing the risk for online consumers. Online shoppers who make credit card purchases from ePublicEye.com Platinum registered merchants will be protected against unauthorized use of their credit card. If you experience any unauthorized use of your credit card as a result of shopping with an ePublicEye.com Platinum registered merchant, ePublicEye.com will reimburse you for losses not otherwise covered.
- Secondly, ePublicEye.com maintains customer satisfaction records on all registered merchants. Our Open Customer Satisfaction Reporting System (OCSR) requires participating merchants to maintain a link to our remote database. The link allows ePublicEye to collect and report critical customer satisfaction, reliability and privacy practices data on participating members, 24 hours a day. By agreeing to open their customer satisfaction records to the public, participating merchants provide the most compelling means for consumers to determine if they are dealing with a reliable company with whom they can shop safely.
- Thirdly, ePublicEye "follows-up" with consumers after every reported sale, to confirm that the shopper received the order when scheduled.
- Next, all ePublicEye.com registered merchants are surveyed about how they use the personal information you submit to them. They are asked to disclose:
